How can I pay for my order? We accept payment by all major cards, postal orders, cheques (drawn on UK banks) and Paypal.
Do you accept cash? We do not encourage this. If you choose to send money through the post it is at your own risk.

UK - Standard - Most items have FREE delivery please check on individual stock item.
UK - Next Day Delivery- £5.00 then each additional item FREE
EUROPE - £5.00 then each additional item £1.50
REST OF THE WORLD - £8.00 then each additional item £2.50
Do you accept non-sterling cheques, postal orders and money orders? All transactions take place in Pounds Sterling, with the exception of Paypal transactions. We can't accept postal orders, cheques or cash in any currency other than pounds sterling. If you are paying by cheque or money order it must be drawn on a UK bank. Any other currency sent to HeadbangersMall.com will be returned to you.
Which debit cards and credit cards do you accept? We accept all credit cards issued by MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We also accept Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit, Visa Delta and Visa Electron.
If I encounter a problem while submitting my order, should I just resubmit? If you have a problem at any point before entering your credit or debit cards details then simply resubmit your order. If you have already entered your credit card or debit card details we recommend that you email us at info@HeadbangersMall.com
Can I change my order after it has been submitted? If you need to change your order then send us an email or call us on 0151 336 6127 (+44 151 336 6127 from outside the UK).
Why didn’t I receive an email confirming my order? First check your 'Junk' folder if you use Hotmail, AOL or MSN. By adding us as a friend within your email account our messages will arrive in your inbox. Alternatively check you've entered your email address correctly when you registered with us.
When am I charged for my order? Credit card, debit card and Paypal transactions are debited during the shopping cart process. Cheque payments usually clear within five working days.
How will I know when my order ships? We will send you an email to your registered email address informing you once your order is ready to be dispatched.
Do you ship to my country? We ship to most countries worldwide.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Once the payment for your order has been approved your order should be dispatched within 2-7 working days. Occasionally, there might be a problem with one of the items you've ordered, and your order may be delayed, therefore please allow up to 28 days, if this occurs we will always email you. Orders paid for using cheques will take longer to process.
Can I return my order? HeadbangersMall.com offers a money back guarantee on all of its products. If you buy anything and decide within fourteen days that you don’t want it all you have to do is send it back in its original packaging and we’ll refund you the cost of the items or exchange them for you.
Do you share my personal information? Absolutely not! We value your custom and do not allow third parties access to our customer list and would never sell your details to anyone else.

Returns policy Your item can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. We accept returns for any of the following reasons a.) It doesn't fit b.) You don't like it c.) The item is faulty or d.) We sent the wrong item. All returned items must be in un-worn condition and should be returned with the original packaging. Simply return it to us at: Returns Department, HeadbangersMall.com, 1 Rocklee Gardens, Neston, Cheshire CH64 4DA and we'll sort out an exchange or refund. Just remember to enclose your contact details and why you are returning the item to us.
Once the 14 day guarantee period has passed we can only accept items back that clearly have manufacturing faults. If your item has a manufacturing fault return it to the address above detailing the problem and we'll do our best to resolve it for you.We cannot accept returned items that have clearly been worn and washed (unless there is a manufacturing fault with them) or are soiled or dirty. We can't accept items back that have been deliberately damaged or have been subject to excessive wear and tear. |
