Do you accept non-sterling cheques, postal orders and money orders?
Yes we can.  Please make your item out to HEADBANGERS MALL.  Items will be despatched after clearance.

Which debit cards and credit cards do you accept?
We accept all credit cards issued by MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We also accept Switch, Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit, Visa Delta and Visa Electron.

If I encounter a problem while submitting my order, should I just resubmit?
If you have a problem at any point before entering your credit or debit cards details then simply resubmit your order. If you have already entered your credit card or debit card details we recommend that you email us at info@HeadbangersMall.com

Can I change my order after it has been submitted?
If you need to change your order then send us an email to info@headbangersmall.com we check mail constantly so your item will be flagged.

Why didn’t I receive an email confirming my order?
First check your 'Junk' folder if you use Hotmail, AOL or MSN. By adding us as a friend within your email account our messages will arrive in your inbox. Alternatively check you've entered your email address correctly when you registered with us.

When am I charged for my order?
Credit card, debit card and Paypal transactions are debited during the shopping cart process. Cheque payments usually clear within five working days.

How will I know when my order ships?
We will send you an email to your registered email address informing you once your order is ready to be dispatched.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries worldwide.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once the payment for your order has been approved your order should be dispatched within 2-7 working days. Occasionally, there might be a problem with one of the items you've ordered, and your order may be delayed, therefore please allow up to 28 days, if this occurs we will always email you. Orders paid for using cheques will take longer to process.

Can I return my order?
HeadbangersMall.com offers a 14 day money back guarantee on all of its products. If you buy anything and decide within fourteen days that you don’t want it all you have to do is send it back in its original packaging (we will not pay for P&P on returns unless we believe we are at fault, if we are to blame for any erros then we will pay all costs) and we’ll refund you the cost of the items or exchange them for you.  Obviously you may try the item on but we will not accept any wear or tear or damage upon return, you will not be refunded if this was the case.

Do you share my personal information?

Absolutely not! We value your custom and do not allow third parties access to our customer list and would never sell your details to anyone else.

Do you sell wholesale?
Yes we can. Please send an email to info@headbangersmall.com for prices etc.

Returns policy
Your item can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. We accept returns for any of the following reasons a.) It doesn't fit b.) You don't like it c.) The item is faulty or d.) We sent the wrong item. All returned items must be in un-worn condition (see above) and should be returned with the original packaging. Simply return it to us at: Returns Department, HeadbangersMall.com, 1 Rocklee Gardens, Neston, Cheshire CH64 4DA and we'll sort out an exchange or refund. Just remember to enclose your contact details and why you are returning the item to us.

Once the 14 day guarantee period has passed we can only accept items back that clearly have manufacturing faults. If your item has a manufacturing fault return it to the address above detailing the problem and we'll do our best to resolve it for you.We cannot accept returned items that have clearly been worn and washed (unless there is a manufacturing fault with them) or are soiled or dirty. We can't accept items back that have been deliberately damaged or have been subject to excessive wear and tear.

ITEMS / ORDERS NOT RECEIVED:

If you have not yet received your order and feel that you should have done by this time, please feel free to contact us & we will help all we can.

The majority of the time when this happens, items are actually awaiting collection at your local Royal Mail sorting office. 'While you were out' cards should be left by your postman but we can assure you that this is not always the case! Please make contact with your local sorting office to see if anything is awaiting collection for you.

If orders are not collected within a certain time frame (depending on your local sorting office, normally 1 week) then items will be returned to us as 'not called for'. If the order is returned to us by the Royal Mail, it may have to go through their returns centre, this can take anything up to 4 weeks for us to receive back again.
When received by us, we will then try to contact the customer to state the situation & offer either a refund (less postage / packaging costs) or to re-send (at the cost of the customer). If a replacement / refund has been made during this time, the customer wilil be charged the initial postage / packaging costs involved.

Failing that, (which is very rare) it may be that an item has been mislaid / lost / delivered to an incorrect address. In such circumstances we are happy to file a claim through the Post Office on your behalf as we always obtain a date stamped proof of postage to enable us to do this should we ever need to.

Depending on the delivery method and the country the order was delivered to, depends on the legnth of time required to wait until we can actually submit a claim. eg: Standard UK 3-5 day delivery requires a 10 working day wait until a claim can be started.

Once the claim has been investigated by the Post Office they will make contact with the intended recipient & they will require a response. This will be their deciding factor as to whether a claim will be honoured.

If / when a claim has been agreed we will then (straight away) either re-inburse the customer or send a replacement if we still have stock of the item/s, which ever you the customer would prefer? We will not expect you to wait for the Post Office to release the funds as this can take anything up to 2 weeks, confirmation from them is enough for us.
